White wines are rated from 1 (bone dry) throught to 9 (extremely sweet, such as a desert wine),

Red wines are graded from A (light) through to E (dense and robust) such as a Chateau Neuf.

Breakfasts, lunches and evening meals are served alongside our daily specials. All our dishes use fresh local, seasonal produce where where possible and are prepared and cooked only when you order. Saultz is fully licensed, last food orders are taken at 9pm. Our Bistro has full disabled access. Well-behaved children are very welcome and we will adjust portions to suit small appetites.
